I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the BHEAM Lab, based at McGill University. I received my PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from Cardiff University (2021), having previously completed a BSc in Psychology at the University of Birmingham (2016) and an MSc in Brain Imaging (Neuropsychology) at the University of Nottingham (2017). Over the course of my research training, I have gained expertise in various forms of MRI, including structural, functional, and diffusion MRI. My research interests are broad but include episodic memory, aging, and dementia risk factors such as APOE ε4. More recently, I have also become interested in sex- and gender-related factors, most notably menopause, and their relevance to our understanding of the brain and cognition. My work in this area is currently funded by the Sex and Gender Hub of the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging (CCNA).
